Yall are BLESSED if you only need a cup of coffee to feel the effects of caffeine
If you want to avoid the crash delay your caffeine intake to around 2 hours after waking up to allow your natural cortisol to clear the adenosine levels. Otherwise you’re just blocking the receptors with caffeine so that the adenosine will come in to crash you at noon once the caffeine wears off. And get light early! Don’t rely on caffeine it’s not good for you this early

I'm pretty sure the texture / consistency makes it a really filling, satisfying meal. And with the addition of chia seeds and everything else it makes it very nutritionally balanced! Oh also adding greek yogurt would be great too, maybe if people prefer sone whole foods instead of supplements like protein powder… they can use greek yogurt. Or use both, heh :p it'll be thicker and creamier
