  1. Yesterday, I made the granola. I used dried low sugar pineapple and reduced sugar dried cranberries and walnuts and sunflower seeds. Instead of coconut I added a capfull of coconut extract. Yunmmy and crunchy. It won't last long. Made the house smell delicious 🤤

  2. I did the date powder and water today to try it out. Works great! I do love the actual soaked dates but this is very close to as good. Forms large clusters which I like. Thanks for the tip Jeremy 😊 sometimes I’m too lazy to do trh date food processor thing so I forgo granola altogether. This will help ensure my granola addiction is fed no matter what 😂

  3. Yeesss!!! Bailey 😂 She is the clean up crew! I give her a piece of everything as I cook (especially the weekly ‘big salad’, she gets the most when I chop that up 🫑🥕🥒 (you want to get a BIG big board, & a veggie scraper to transfer food. The board can rest leaned against the wall when not using so out of the way. Happy you ditched that tiny plastic 1 😁)

  4. My go to breakfast is overnight oats. I use a small mason jar and add plain yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, a few oats, maple syrup and frozen blueberries. The yogurt makes it creamy and the chia seeds make it thick.

  5. Sounds super yummy! With nut butter not tahini of course. The bowl sounds great too. Applesauce instead of banana will work I hope. Oh! Hello from Alabama y’all. I don’t do breakfast at breakfast. This would make me an awesome dinner though! 🫶🏼😎🖖🏼
