  1. I enjoyed them all, if I may make a comment on the tuna, try the dish with seared tuna steak, does not have to be sushi grade tuna! But using fresh or frozen tuna makes a world of difference from using canned tuna.

  2. I use quality pasta, expensive olive oil and fresh parsley. Though I am not making Italian dishes daily. Still struggle to get base aglio e olio right, still fumble up my Carbonara (either runny sauce or scrambled eggs). But yes, there are dishes worth exploring as they use few ingredients yet taste very good.

  3. I would make the Ciabatta pizza with Pinsa. Here in Germany it’s offered ready-made in groceries. I don’t know since when. I love Pinsa to pieces. Better than any frozen pizza and even better than many restaurant pizzas. I make it in my Milantoast panini grill, but I guess it works well in an oven too.
