I enjoyed them all, if I may make a comment on the tuna, try the dish with seared tuna steak, does not have to be sushi grade tuna! But using fresh or frozen tuna makes a world of difference from using canned tuna.
26:30 I count that as a bit charred 😀
Caprese salad, bruschetta, garlic bread. I can hardly decide. Thank you, Vincenzo.
My favorite was your Sugo Puttanesca 😀
As an American, STOP ADDING MILK and SUGAR to dishes!
I made the Penne alla Vodka earlier this week. My family loved it! It'll be in our regular rotation from now on!!
Hi Vincenzo- I enjoyed the dishes. Cacio e Pepe was my favorite. ❤
I use quality pasta, expensive olive oil and fresh parsley. Though I am not making Italian dishes daily. Still struggle to get base aglio e olio right, still fumble up my Carbonara (either runny sauce or scrambled eggs). But yes, there are dishes worth exploring as they use few ingredients yet taste very good.
You saved the best for last! Your nonna is definitely a star, and I love when she is in your videos.
I would make the Ciabatta pizza with Pinsa. Here in Germany it’s offered ready-made in groceries. I don’t know since when. I love Pinsa to pieces. Better than any frozen pizza and even better than many restaurant pizzas. I make it in my Milantoast panini grill, but I guess it works well in an oven too.
Love the video ❤

Main point is to take tomatoes, basil, extra virgin olive oil, some cheese and make something special)
P.S: honestly, that burned bread for bruschetta is a failure, not authentic. Please don't be like Jamie, don't lie to us
Can you show us how to make a authentic zuppa di pomodoro?
i got so much better at cooking italian food by watching your fantastic channeö thanks Vincenzo <3
I always need a glass of wine while cooking. 😂 I can’t make up my mind which to make next. ❤️
What is inside the ravioli? What is the stuffing ? Please
So many good dishes. I’m hungry.
do you ever use sugar for tomatoes, just saw it in curry…seems odd
No more new ideas, no more new recipes for new videos, so you recycle?

Espetáculo!!!
Nice refresher video
God bless you and your beautiful Nonna and family Vincenzo. Thank you for this great video. Perfect on a Sunday morning👌🏾🤤
The one reason why the Italian crusine has so many classic dishes in my opinion. Is because there so easy to make, where a beginner cook can make these dishes.
The mushroom pasta garlic bread & Nona!!❤🎉
the caprese are very easy to make. just cut the tomatoes, mozzarella, place them on a plate, place some basil leaves, some olive oil and optional salt and balsamic vinegar
Brava brava nonna ❤🎉
Divinità per semplicità
EXCELLENT VIDEO.
Since I am an Italian food aficionado I know most of the recipies . But it is always great to see you cook and explain. The beef was new so I am going to try. Thanks for sharing 😊 ciao ciao
Don't ever ever say a dish will ever please everyone. Hate to tell you what happens to occur to me upon consuming pistachios. A nut I used to love. Trust me, you don't want to know.
Difficult to pick a favorite, but the frittata is the one I want to eat right now👍😋
Thank you for the weekday inspiration. I admit I never got why people buy premade garlic bread given how easy it is to make it yourself, it's so much better freshly made.
These are 🥰🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻
Thank you for this video. Can you tell me about the cheese you used in the first salad recipe? Also, can you explain the different types of cheeses and which ones are good?
