I never liked big shellfish in my pasta, same thing with shrimp that have the tails still on. I don't want to have to pick through the food with my fingers to remove a shell.
They all look delicious. The Feast of the Seven Fishes has been my favorite dinner, for my entire life, up to now. For the first time in my life, I have no one to cook for or eat with. 😢
