  1. Ain't mad at you. I got a pellet grill this year and your recipes are my go-to. When I make something for guests I get no complaints.

Wings and shotgun shells today and striploin roast tomorrow. I'm going to make these brownies for dessert so I send my holiday guests home fatter.

  2. When you first start the video saying you're going to smoke some brownies, you probably got a lot of potheads attention. Lol. Chocolate and caramel, two of my favorite combos. What sucks for me is, I'm lactose intolerant. I love milk. Grew up on a farm. Drank milk straight from the cow. I would drink gallons a week when I was in high school. But when i was in my mid 30's,everything went south on me. I developed lactose intolerance. And now, i can't drink milk anymore. At least I can still enjoy the brownies. They do go good with a sweet red wine tho also. Lol.

  3. This looks phenomenal. Love your vids & watch all the time from our family Chromecast. My biggest suggestion to you would be to start wearing your Christmas shirts in September so that us Canadians can see them & buy 'em in time for Christmas. Cheers, bud!

  4. Thanks for another wonderful recipe, I'm thinking you need to add some nuts from your buddy. Don't remember the previous recipe you used nuts awhile back, but know you had a hook up! Merry Christmas to you and your family Matt!
