Perfect. If you add cream to your carbonara you’re doing way too much. However, a couple of egg yolks in the paste make it richer. If you add a bit of pasta water to the paste then the eggs temper so no curdling.

its not the only carbonara recipe I need to follow but its a good attempt, sadly beef bacon does not compare to the beautifully prepared guanciale therefore I will only be eating the authentic Italian carbonara. But hey good try, I approve, I have been making this for my Muslim friends from Malaysia and they quite love it.
