Just so much stuff I don't need or want. And paying for materials that just aren't necessary to me. Basically Yes it could replace all my stuff, but all my stuff works, and is paid for. I also don't like how proprietorial it is. Reminds me of Weber. Anyway looks cool, betcha it works great based on the company but its a hard pass for me. Enjoy.
Not enough real estate, if you want to buy and buy once. Small Santa Maria and a real Gravity Fed all day long. I have way too many cookers myself including two Kamado Joes. And honestly the Kamados are my only regret of buying of a cooker.

Best Father's Day present was seeing you got an El Patron 😊. Mine was delivered 3 weeks ago (Ordered Jan 8, 2024). I've got a seasoning and 2 cooks under my belt. Looking forward to upcoming El Patron videos from your channel. My only issue is the adjustable grate does not raise as high as 5" from the cooking grate due to the cable loop and the quick link attachment.
