  1. Cutting in half to squeeze it is perfectly fine… you need to know how to squeeze it though…. I stick a fork in the flesh and move it back and forth while I squeeze it… your way sounds more like a pain in the bottom

  2. Let me tell you all how it’s done. You cut a lime or lemon in half. You get a fork. You stick the fork in the open cut face. You squeeze the sides while at the same time you move the fork handle up and down gutting all the juice out of the lime/lemon.
