You're videos are so well edited, do you edit them yourself? So professional!
Yummy..a new way to make pork steak. I've been boiling it w/few cups of water, (up to top but not covering steak) then juice of 1 lemon & 2 Tbs of Worchestershire, salt & pepper. Keep lid on & Let boil for 15 mins then simmer another 25-45 mins, depending on thickness. Check internal temp. Serve w/melted butter, optional. Yet, yours looks way better, thnx Pam. As always your awesome.!
Never knew not to use powders for gile searing good to know
Yay found your channel love watching your short vids on Facebook ❤
Hi Ms. Pam, from all the way across the states here in Southern California 😎 I'm a pretty good home cook, but your ideas and recommendations make me realize I can be even better. Thank you for the tips and tricks. I love your channel 😍
Sorry I missed this when I came out, Pam!

yummy
I recently bought a huge pack of these I cooked it in the air fryer but they turned out tough. What was that seasoning you put on it? I sure would like my next ones to turn out like these!!
Looks amazing yum 😋💕
This looks wonderful. I’ve never had anything that seared like that. I just subscribed. I have and joyed many of your shorts with tips and tricks. I just saw the one about putting your fresh mushrooms in a paper bag. Who knew! Thanks Pam for another great cooking lesson. 🍳🥘🧑🍳
You’ve got my mouth watering, Pam! When you are searing meat, do you recommend keeping the stove burner on high heat the whole time, or should you turn down the temperature after a few minutes on both sides?
Thanks so much
LOVE YOUR CHANNEL!!!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
How is your finger doing Pam?
Looks so good. Going to try this
Can you recommend a good set of pots? I’m looking for a set of nonstick pots.
Looks sooooo yummy!!!
Wow makes my mouth water
Never mind the fact I’m in my 30s, I am up for adoption. I have a cute kid and a puppy. I also know how to work and clean and am up to date on my shots. My biological mom never taught me anything about food or anything else really. You’re videos are so calming and helpful. I’m glad I found you!
Thank you, Pam, for sharing! Could you please share what all purpose seasoning you use? Your videos are so helpful.
I could live on pork chops! They're my most favorite thing! And another fact about pork ….. it has even more protein than chicken. The 'other' white meat. It's what's for dinner! Thanks Miss Pam!
Looks delicious! You have inspired me to dig out my old cast iron skillet and start using it again. Just need to season it as it has been quite a few years since I last used it. 🙏🏻
chicken liver and intestines please
Looks really good thanks for sharing
What was the yellow seasoning you used and what was the white one you put on after that??? I always sear my meats before roasting or whatever I do with it. But to sear and only sear, I’ve never done except with pork chops! Rosemary, garlic, and onion are my go to’s for pork. But your pork steaks have taken everything up to a whole new level. I wanted you to stick a chunk of that meat that right into my stupid drooling mouth, it made me so hungry for it! 😊😁❤❤
Looks awesome!
I will be trying this one. Thanks for sharing
Thank you, Pam!!
Whoa! Looks yummy 😋 😍
Now that looks delicious yummy thanks for the tips
Dear Lord…please forgive Ms. Pam for makin' me drool all over my phone screen. That pork steak looks divine! 😊
Love watching and listening to your tips and cooking. God bless you and yours.
'Lord willin' and the creek don't rise..I still say this often, as my dear mother did💜
Looking good Miss Pam!
I've never tried this method with pork. I'm sure my husband would like it so l am going to make this for him! Thank you!🤗
