Easy Glazed Chicken instant Ramen upgradeโฃ๏ธ๐๐ Recipe below๐โฃ๏ธ
As always – lots of people buy these instant noodles, so why not to give couple easy tips how to upgrade it ๐โฃ๏ธ
RECIPE๐ for 2 people (or one pretty hungry person)
INGREDIENTS:
2 packs of Instant noodles
1-2 spoons of Sriracha
aprox 5 spoons of coconut milk (or more if you want ut more creamy)
2 chicken breasts
2 eggs
2 scallions
1 fresh jalapeรฑo
1/2 lime
Soy sauce
Mirin
(Optional Shaoxing wine)
Chili oil (you can make your own- recipe on our profile couple weeks earlier๐ถ๐ฅ)
Sesame seeds
(Nori)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Salt the chicken on medium pan, medium heat, couple minutes, until golden. Then add couple spoons of soy sauce, mirin (and wine). Let it cook couple minutes, turn couple times, until it’s glazed and golden. (If your chicken breast is little bigger-and you’re afraid it could be raw inside- put the chicken in the oven 375F/180c aprox 5min)
2. Put the egg into the boiling water and cook 7min (and the yolk will be runny), (9-10min for the yolk to be cooked)
4. Cut the scallions, lime, jalapeรฑos
5. Cook the noodles according to instructions on the package. Mix in the bowl sriracha with coconut milk (and optional – add the spices from the noodle pack) put noodles into the bowl together with the noodle water, and stirr a little.
6. Topp the noodles with glazed meat (you can brush the meat with mixture of soy sauce,sriracha, mirin/ or teryaki sauce, if you like), eggs, scallions, jalapeรฑos, lime. Drizzle little bit of chili oil and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
