I’m cooking this now, there should be an airfryer option for this recipe as well. I’m using a gas oven & set it at 350F for 40 minutes but I feel it’s undercooked.😢

I cooked leg quarters at 375 for 1 hour andd 10 mins and Idk why it still wasn't cooked all the way
350°f for cake 400°f for meats
My oven only goes up to 260. How much time will it take then?

i only have a mini oven that goes upto 200 decgrees celceus so how long should i bake the chicken for?
I usually slash my pieces of meat towards the end of grilling/smoking and i feel like that makes a difference as well . Once I made hotdogs for lunch the same way I always do , with mustard , mayo , sourkraught , chopped onions , relish , and baked beans but had some parsley and cilantro lying around so put each on each half of the hotdog as well and from now on I'm going to always want parsley on my dog . The cilantro was okay on the hotdog but I guess that stuff is just best for Mexican food . I'm going to see if I can eat this chicken for dinner one night this week ; although how are the rice&beans done ?
