INGREDIENTS
4 lbs bone-in chicken pieces
cooking oil for frying

*Marinade/Brine*
1 quart buttermilk
1/4 to 1/3 cup Louisiana hot sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp chicken bouillon powder
1 Tbsp Kinder’s Garlic Herb Blend
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp celery salt
*Add your favorite rubs and spices to your preference*

*Flour Dredge*
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup cornstarch
2 tsp salt
2 tsp msg seasoning (the secret)
2 tsp onion powder
*season and salt to your preference*

*INGREDIENTS FOR HONEY BUTTER BISCUITS*
2 1/2 cups (325 g) self-rising flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 cup (95 g) shortening or 8 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 1/4 cups evaporated milk (or whole milk)

3 Tbsp salted butter (melted)
1/2 cup honey
