  1. I'm curious. Why are you using a dinner teaspoon for measuring ingredients rather than an actual measuring teaspoon? Depending on the manufacturer, there is a significant difference between dinner teaspoon bowl sizes; that's why actual measuring spoon sets were created.

  2. These look lovely, unfortunately I have a husband who won’t eat anything off the bone (he doesn’t like “fighting” for his food🤣). Not bad pronunciation on the Worcestershire (Brit here and I laugh at the pronunciation of Peterborough etc and there is a pub over here in Kanata and it’s called The Cheshire Cat (very good food) but I correct them every time on how they say Cheshire, ok I may be pedantic but …. lol 😁).   3. I use a Lodge cast iron Dutch oven with the lid on; Just put the ribs in, put it in the oven at 325 degrees. It cooks, bastes, roasts, steams and broils all in one. Ribs come out tasty and fall of the bone delicious.
