Honey Ginger Garlic Glaze Recipe:
2 cups of honey
1 tbs grated ginger
1 tbs minced garlic
1 tsp pickling spice
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp Chinese Five Spice
1 tsp salt
2 tsp beef tallow (optional)
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Crushed red pepper flakes to taste
Simmer for 40-45 minutes

  1. The ribs looked amazing. Since your wife does not like the heat that much you might want to try Korean pepper flakes. They are not quite as hot but more finely ground. You can add more to get the flavor infused better without as strong of a heat.

    Now I have to make a trip to Costco.

  2. I have always thought Brisket was just okay for all of the effort they require. I know I am in the minority on this. Beef Dino ribs have always been my favorite. Thanks for another good video. BTW, I just finished going through your book, I can't wait to try out some mops and marinades. I am wondering if you sell any t-shirts or sweatshirts from your channels? Thanks again for always having good content. I would like to see you do a video using the Rotisserie setup.

  3. I love how your ribs are sauced but not gloopy. Excellent job on that Greg! I typically just razer blade crisscross the membrane every 1/4" or so. Anyway, I think it'll pick up a rack next visit because it's been a while since I smoked a rack of beef ribs. Cheers!
