  1. I cannot count the number of times I have baked this bread. I added a cup of bamboo fiber(plus 1/4 cup avocado oil and an extra egg) to taday's batch to reduce the net carbs and there was no difference in texture. Try it and let's see what you think.

  2. I just made this and tried toasting a slice. Unlike base culture this does NOT burn or curl in the toaster!!! Sooo happy 👏
    I might try adding a little bit of bakers yeast next time to give a little more bread smell but the taste is spot on! Thank you!!!

  3. Just made this loaf this afternoon.After going gluten free and trying to make bread without much success this one was really good.Only I would like it a bit higher so buying a smaller pan and will make it in that next time.Thank you for these awesome recipe shares.

  4. I've been trying to make a bread that is like "Base Culture" for a month now with no sucess😔 then Dessi's video came and I tried and it worked. I was So excited as I have recently stopped eating the foods I was eating for years. This was before I saw Bobby from Flavcity mind you. I just was hurting so bad everyday with horrible stomache problems and imflamation in my joints but Doctors couldn't give me an answer except to say you probably have Fibromyalgia. I was medicine after medicine. I was sick of it, it didn't help and I kept gaining more weight. I finally decided to go back to the way I ate in my twenties an thought to myself ( you didn't eat this way years ago, you probably overwhelmed your system with the wrong things) I stopped all food for 2 days and just had water to get everything out of my system. I drank coffee all day for years now and even stopped that too. I then only ate fruit veg.and chicken broth. I then found Bobby in a video about Aldi and started to follow his recommendations and I've lost 20 pounds now and my pains ate gone! I have a little more I want to loose but my life has Changed. I can go and do things with my daughter again as my pains were so bad in my body and my feet that it forced me to sit out alot of things I wished I could do. Thank you Bobby, Dessi and little Rose too. Dont ever quit what you too do. It's really helping alot of people!👍 God Blesd your family 👦👱‍♀️👶
