This seafood pie with Crab and Shrimp is Amazing! Its a Maryland seafood style recipe done my way. I could not get enough of the lump crab, shrimp, old bay seasoning and cheese! This is the best recipe for a Crab and shrimp pie! This recipe is super easy to make.

INGREDIENTS AND MEASUREMENTS:
1- 9 ″ deep pie crust
1/2 pound lump crab meat
1/2 pound shrimp, chopped
2 tbsp neutral oil to coat shrimp for seasoning
1 tbsp butter to cook shrimp
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup whole milk
8 ounce shredded Italian blend cheese
8 ounce shredded Cheddar cheese blend
2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning, divided for shrimp
1 tbsp finely chopped scallions
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 tbsp finely chopped green pepper
1 tbsp pimentos
1 tbsp smoked paprikra
Tips:
Preheat Oven to 350°F and bake for about 50mins. Please note cooking times will vary.
For this recipe I used a store brought frozen pie crust. I let the pie crust thaw at room temperature before adding the filling. I did not bake the crust before adding the filling.
Adjust the ingredients as desired; you can add more shrimp or more crab.
Any left over filling you can bake without the crust for an amazing dip.

I was just curious, have you ever eaten stuffed bell peppers before, and if so, do you eat the Pepper as well? I'm from New Orleans, so we happen to know a little bit about food, being that we're one of the top food capitals of the world. Anyway, keep up the great recipes.
