First off, you didn't mention what kind of fish you had. Second and MOST IMPORTANT you didn't give any amounts on the flour, cornmeal or spices! Its understood that the seasonings have to be proportionate to the flour/meal mix, but you didn't give us any amounts! You should have mentioned that AND told us exactly what amounts you used in the video. A big ole Thumbs Down from me

I went on a fishing trip on Saturday with my brother and two of our friends on Saturday!! Awesome trip!!! In total, we caught 120 white bass, and we were able to keep 54 of them!!! Seeing them get cleaned was so satisfying!!!! I can already smell my fish cooking!!!!
I think the egg wash is better if you like a thicker batter, & let it sit in remaining flour/cornmeal/bread crumbs in the fridge for a couple hours
