Chocolate Muffins
Ingredients:
– 1 Cup Sugar
– 2 Cups Flour
– 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
– 1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
– 1/2 teaspoon Salt
– 2 Cups chocolate chips
Wet Ingredients:
– 1/2 Cup oil
– 1/2 Cup Milk
– 2 Large Eggs
– 2/3 Cup Sour Cream
Instructions:
1.Beat sugar and oil together.
2. Add eggs, scrape bowl, beat until smooth.
3. Add milk and vanilla, scrape bowl mix until incorporated.
4. Sift cocoa powder, flour, and baking soda together. Add salt and chocolate chips to the sifted mixture.
5. Add half of your flour mixture to your wet, once incorporated, scrape bowl, add the rest of the dry.
6. Once mixed, add sour cream, scrape bottom, mix until sour cream is incorporated.
