It’s another beautiful day and the today I’m goung to share with you how to make my ultimate GROUND BEEF birria inspired Cheesy Crunchy TACOS, now let me tell you these right here are seriously the best and best part it’s cheap and you can get it done in under 30 minutes! If you love my birria oh you most definitely going to love this one,

Tips: if you don’t want tour birria sauce to be spicy substitute the New Mexico and California peppers for guajillo, if you want to make it a little more spicy add chile árbol!

Ingredients
4 New Mexico chile pods
3 California chile pods
1 Chile ancho
2 roma tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
1/4 onion
2 whole cloves
1 inch cinnamon stick
2 tsp beef bouillon
3 lbs ground beef
1/2 small diced onion
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp ground ginger
Salt to taste
1 cup refried beans
2 bay leaves
For the tacos:
Corn tortillas
Queso Oaxaca
Chopped cilantro and onion
Salsa taquera

I really love your recipes however when you mention some of the ingredients it is very hard to understand what they are. Example “bi buan” as transcribed? I looked this up in google and nothing came up, so im figuring that YouTube didn’t transcribe correctly? Maybe slow down a tad. 😃😃
