Premade sauce is disgusting. It has cream in it which is not Alfredo but some sick American invention. Try real Alfredo and don’t use cream or a lot of garlic.

Vegan Alfredo sauce is made with cashews, garlic, and nutritional yeasts. The cashews make it very creamy! The inclusion of walnuts makes me wonder if they were trying to do something similar to that. But it turned out very wrong 😅

You can make a delicious homemade alfredo sauce from cashew cream, cauliflower, onion, garlic, lemon, nutritional yeast, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
We had a buddy who wanted to go to culinary school. He said he was gonna make us Alfredo…. He used a bottle of ranch, a can of cream of mushroom, a can of black olives WITH THE BRINE, and a dollop of sour cream. No salt or pepper bee. I never stuck around long enough to see if he actually went to culinary school 😂😂
