  2. Argentine here. This is no the way we do it here.

    We are pretty basic when it comes to BBQ. Just salt before placing chicken in a coal or wood bbq grill and then add some lemon as it cooks to prevent it gettting dried. Look for "pollo track argentina", thas our largest bbq chicken franchise in our country.
