This is easy. I used to work for a fireplace retailer as a service person. The good is the nice heavy stainless The bad is the ignitors ALWAYS fail. I personally bought a used DCS $5k grill for 800 bucks. I replaced all of the ignitor system. Lasted a couple years. I use a propane torch to light it. The roller bearings on the nice drawers corroded and locked up. Also, I can't get it to burn low enough. Big waste of money in my opinion. The steak tastes the same as a Charbroil. Now I love the rotisserie unit hardware and light. Excellent.
Unless it’s for massive commercial work. A complete waste of money
