INGREDIENTS:
1 kg beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tbsp of rice wine
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of cornstarch
Salt to taste
1 tsp of vegetable oil

100ml of beef stock
1 tbsp of light soy sauce
1 tsp of dark soy sauce
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tbsp of ketchup
1 tsp of white sugar
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp of white pepper
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1/4 tsp of chili flakes
1 tbsp of cornstarch

2 tbsp of vegetable oil
1 tsp of ginger, minced
1 tsp of garlic, minced
1 medium onion, cut into petals
1 green and red bell peppers, cut ito petals
