This looks awesome, but why call a griddle a plancha? I know latinos are in vogue now, but why use spanish words for something that already has an english name? I say this a an actual latin american, not a latino in the USA. Dried berries actually can be spices! Ex: allspice is also a berry. Spices can also be roots/bark/stems/seeds. Maybe you were talking about herbs instead, which are leaves only? Regardless, sumac is amazing and very under utilized in my opinion!
