レシピはこちら⇩ ■鶏と野菜の黒酢あん- [2人分] 鶏もも肉1枚(250g)※むね肉でも可 人参1/2本(75g) れんこん1/2節(100g) 片栗粉適量 油大さじ1~2 A醤油・酒大さじ1 Aごま油小さじ1 Aおろしにんにく・おろし生姜小さじ1/2 B黒酢大さじ3 Bオイスターソース大さじ2 B砂糖・酒・みりん大さじ1 B片栗粉小さじ1 [作り方] ①人参は一口大の乱切りにする。耐熱容器に入れ、ふんわりとラップをし600W2~3分加熱する。れんこんはピーラーで皮をむき、5mm厚の輪切りする。 ②鶏もも肉は表面についている水分をキッチンペーパーでふき取り、黄色い脂肪や筋を取り除く。一口大に切ってビニール袋に入れ、Aを合わせてもみ込む。たれをきってから片栗粉をまぶす。 ③フライパンに油を熱し、鶏肉の皮目を下にして並べ、隣にれんこんを加えて中火で炒める。 ➃火が通ったら、人参を加えてさっと炒める。余分な油をペーパータオルで拭きとり、弱火にしてから混ぜ合わせたBを回し入れる。全体にたれがからむように、とろみがつくまで炒める。 ■レンジで簡単♪豆苗のお浸し- [2人分] 豆苗1袋(100g) Aめんつゆ(2倍濃縮)大さじ1 A水大さじ1 削り節適量 [作り方] ①豆苗は根元を切り落とし、長さ半分に切る。ボウルに入れてふんわりとラップをし、600W1分30秒加熱する。 ②粗熱をとり、ペーパーで水気をふきとり、Aに漬ける。削り節をのせる。 ■玉ねぎとわかめの中華スープ- [2人分] 玉ねぎ1/4(50g) 乾燥わかめ2~3g A水400ml A鶏ガラスープの素小さじ2 Aしょうゆ小さじ1 ごま油少々 白いりごま小さじ1 [作り方] ①玉ねぎは薄切りにする。鍋にAを入れて中火にかける。煮立ったら玉ねぎを入れて3~5分煮る。 ②乾燥わかめを加え、ごま油をたらし、白いりごまを加えて混ぜる。 #ゆり子のおいしい暮らし#簡単レシピ#時短レシピ#おぼんごはん#和食ごはん#節約レシピ#献立#味噌汁#味噌汁レシピ#副菜#副菜レシピ source

I don't understand why people just don't mix the melted butter into the graham cracker crumbs in a bowl and then pat it into the bottom of the pan. The butter does not melt anymore than it already has and it doesn't spread out.
My mother made this at Christmas when I was growing up I will be 70. If you had preheated a stick of butter first then added the crackers it may have stuck together better but a great spin off of the 7 layer bars

Is anybody really making any of these "recipes"? They seem very expensive to make. I challenge you to post the cost to make them. Also, why are you always touching all the food with your fingers??? It is unsanitary, unnecessary and is unappealing to watch. Who wants your hands all over their food?!
Literally one of my favorite desserts. They sell these at Kroger but they're not the same as homemade. Oh and I'm 2nd generation Californian and we don't say pecan like that. I'm fact I always assumed that was the southern way "peecan" instead of "pecahn"
We call these hello dollies and we mix the graham crackers crumbs with the melted butter first.
We used to call this magic cookie bars. We mixed the graham crackers with the melted butter abd pressed it in the pan abd then the eagle brand milk and then the other ingredients.

This is a very old recipe which my mom used to make when I was a child because SHE loved them. I wasn’t a fan mostly because of the coconut. I’d make the old recipe and make the crust in a bowl properly etc. SEVEN LAYER MAGIC BARS. It would hold together if you mixed it properly. Also you bake in a 9×13 inch pan not a cookie sheet. DREAM BARS are similar but much better
We in Knoxville TN call them Hello Dolly Cookies or Bars.
This is the recipe for magic cookie bars or 7-layer cookies I've made for years (you can find that recipe on the Borden's Eagle brand condensed milk label). And agree with other posters it would have been easier to mix the butter and the graham cracker crumbs together and then press it in the pan

You need to mix the crackers with melted butter and press it on the cookie sheet. Add the rest of the ingredients like the condensed milk before adding the chocolate chips.
