  1. Greek Tzatziki Pasta Salad

    Ingredients
    8 oz bow tie pasta 
    ¼ cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced 
    ½ cup chopped marinated artichoke hearts
    ¼ cup giardina chopped 
    ¼ cup tomato, basil, feta cheese, crumbled 

    Tzatziki Dressing: 
    1 cup plain Greek yogurt 
    ½ cucumber, peeled, seeded, chopped small 
    ½ clove fresh garlic 
    ½ lemon, juiced 
    1 teaspoon kosher salt 
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper 
    2 teaspoon dried dill

  3. Sad to say, I am one of the 2% of the world that is allergic to olives…I read someone else's comme t about artichoke hearts and will sub that in. I know that not everyone has the same allergies, but could you give some suggestions for ethnic or regional substitutions in your videos please?
