Looks Fantastic Brad. I love Meatloaf. I think I could live on it. So Many options. I have been thinking about it for 3 months. If this weather would cooperate I would be out at one of the pits. 38" of Snow along with Blizzard and high wind warnings kind of puts a damper on outdoor BBQ.

Making this recipe on the smoker tonight, but just the meatloaf part. My only change is the meat mixture of 75/25 venison to brisket fat. Fingers crossed!

A meatloaf sandwich the next day is always a great way to use the leftovers, but you haven't lived until you've made a meatloaf omelet using the mac n cheese as the cheese in your meatloaf omelet.
