Shopping List:
1/2 lb medium shrimp
1/2 lb (or lobster)
1 lb crab meat (lump/claw/or combo)
1-2 stalks of diced celery
1/2 diced yellow onion
1 red bell pepper diced
1 lemon (juice and zest)
1 tbsp butter
1/2 lb elbow macaroni
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup sweet relish
2 pinches of sugar (to taste)
Old Bay
Salt/pepper/garlic/onion powder
2-3 dashes hot sauce
2-3 dashes worcestershire sauce
Green Onion – diced for garnish

  2. I’m about to make this right now! I really love your potato salad dressing. I’m tempted to make that + the hot sauce. Hope I don’t ruin my seafood. 🤞🏽😅

    Update: I did not ruin my seafood! 😄 I subbed the apple cider for lemon juice, no hot or worce sauce, extra Old Bay & Tony’s spiced up the shrimp. My 7yo doesn’t like raw peppers much but relish… 👍🏽 He tore it up! Needless to say, I did too. 😊

  3. Saturday night has been seafood night here in this house since I was a kid. Living here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, we got our shrimp right off the boat and there was always. leftover boiled shrimp in the fridge Sunday. My mother made a cold shrimp salad with cucumbers and tomatoes from the garden. It was great with French dressing, served with Ritz crackers and a glass of sweet tea.
