Serves – 4
Ingredients –
1 1/2 Tbsp (30ml) – Olive Oil
600g (1.32lbs) – Chicken Thigh, Boneless & Skinless, Diced
1 tsp (2.5g) – Onion Powder
1 tsp (2.5g) – Garlic Powder
1 tsp (1g) – Dried Oregano
1 tsp (1g) – Dried Thyme
2 1/2 Tbsp (7.5g) – Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp (1g) – Red Chilli Powder
1 – Brown (Yellow) Onion, Diced
5 – Garlic Cloves, Minced
650ml (2 2/3 Cup) – Chicken Stock
1 Can (400g-14oz) – Canned Tomatoes
180ml (3/4 Cups) – Thickened Cream
400g (14oz) – Penne or Pasta of Choice
5g (0.2oz) – Flat Leaf Parsley
Seasoning To Taste
Parmesan Cheese To Taste
Recipe Notes –
This recipe can be made with chicken breast. To do so, simply follow the preparation and steps but cook the chicken 1 minute less than the thigh.
Red chilli powder is optional.
If you wish to make this extra cheesy, you can grate some parmesan cheese into the sauce once the pasta is cooked.

Made tonight & an absolute hit! Very tasty & a great 1 pot meal. Pretty sure the recipe listed is incorrect (YouTube & website) saying 2 1/2 Tbsp 7.5g (tablespoon) of Smoked Paprika. I used 2.5 tsp (teaspoons) & it was perfect. 2 1/2 Tablespoons is a fk tonne of Paprika & probably weighs over 20g!
made this for dinner but switched the heavy cream for buttermilk (i didnt have any). i used a lil bit of flour and lots of parmesan to thicken the sauce and it ended up rlly good!! thank you for the recipe! <3
