INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 1 (Spicy Braised Pork Belly)
2 lbs pork belly
Green onion + ginger + 1 tbsp of cooking wine
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp cooking wine (or lemon juice)
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
Hot water
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 stalk lemon grass
3 bay leaves
2 star anise
Chili flakes (adjust to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste

INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 2 (Sprite Fried Chicken wings)
1.8 lbs chicken wings
Sprite
Salt and pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp chicken powder or magic sarap
1 egg

FOR BREADING MIX:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
