This pork ribs recipe is so delicious!!! 🔥You will be addicted ❗😋❗

INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE No.1 (Pork ribs with pineapple juice)
2 lbs baby back ribs (or pork ribs)
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tbsp calamansi extract or lemon juice
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chili powder
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 thumb sized ginger, minced
1/2 cup banana ketchu or tomato catsup
2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
1 & 1/2 cups of hot water (add more if needed)

INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE No.2 (Eggplant with ground meat and cheese)
INGREDIENTS:
1 large eggplant (diced)
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
400g ground beef
1/2 cup tomato sauce
3/4 cup cooked rice
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 tsp sugar
A little bit of oregano (optional)
Italian cheese (or mozzarella cheese)
