Ingredients:
Canned fish (Mackerel)
Gingelly oil – 3 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds – 1 tsp
Fennel seeds – 1/2 tsp
Garlic – 6 nos (chopped)
Shallots – 15 nos (chopped)
Green chillies – 4 nos (slit)
Curry leaves
Tomatoes – 3 nos (chopped)
Sea salt – as required
Coriander powder – 3 tsp
Chilli powder – 3 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Stock (liquid inside the can)
Tamarind Extract
Tamarind (50 gms) soaked in (250 ml) water
Tin fish
Coconut milk – 3/4 cup (diluted)
