Tisrya Kalwan (Clams curry) Ep-5 Aaichya Hatcha Jevan series

Ingredients:
Clams (worth rs 100) (First clean and then boil them)
Oil- 4 tsp
Coriander garlic ginger chili paste – 2:2:1:1 ratio (4 tsp)
Chopped onion -1
Salt as per taste
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Malvani masala -5-6 tsp (add as per your spice tolerance
Ginded coconut paste -2 cups
Water – add as needed
Kokum -3 to 4 diluted in water

Instructions:
1.1.Heat oil in a pan, add the vataan to it and stir & cook for 2 minutes.
2.Then add chopped onion and salt ,let it cook until onion turns soft.
3.After it is soft add all the masala such as turmeric powder, malvani masala.
4.Then add the coconut paste and mix it (add water to adjust the consistency as per your wish).Add the cleaned and boiled clams(along with some water in which clams were boiled)
5.Cover and cook for 6-7minutes.
Add kokum water and mix well. Cook for the last 2-3 minutes.
6.Serve hot roti or steamed rice.
