Quite a good idea to have some steak on the side with that butter
That’s the best way to cook a steak for my taste ❤
This man just wanted to eat a tomahawk.
What brand cast iron do you uss
Nice
That amount of butter, when 90% of it is just going to sit in the pan is insane.
For a tomahawk, Sous vide and grill finish is the best I've had, grill start and long rest is next, I reserve the pan for a chateaubriand or scotch fillet.
So what’s the secret to cooking big steaks on a pan? I’m guessing just medium low heat just keep turning it every 2 min after getting the crust
mouth watering ….
Did I hear him say ebony
Did you say 23 minutes?!?
I'm a lucky man….Cholesterol has entered the chat 🚪 💀
Just a bone in rib steak… AKA a restaurant "look-at-me" steak
Nasty I like mine cooked thoroughly
00:50 yea you are 🎉
Quick and easy to follow. Thank you.
Too rare medium for me
I would have cold seared that bad boy!
You can cook however you want, chef 👍👍
I Am Drooling while watching this video
I take 3 of this 😋
No timings, thanks!!!!!
Question for Chef Andy! How do you work out the perfect rest time for a piece of meat? Is it based on weight?
Gimme some 😂 we don‘t get those cuts in Europe 😢
How dare you!! Don’t play with my emotions like that..call EMS… I just ate my phone😂😂😂😂
Steaks are way better on open flame
Sorry, if a steak hasn't touched flames it's not as good as it could be.
The next thing they'll be complaining about is that you are cooking on cast iron using gas.
There is no way I could eat more than 3 or 4 of those per day.
Exactly how I do mine and I'm a home cook, perfect
It's perfect
Cast iron is overrated for steaks
This man has the best energy and content as a chef. Great job brother
What seasoning you used?
They probably just wanted you to cast iron 😂
my butter burns in 4 seconds, how do you not burn it?
Looks magnificent. Too expensive for my wallet.
Burner on high?
When does a steak stop being a steak and become a small roast???
Andy, everytime you cook a steak, you cost me money at my local butcher 😂
Love your stuff❤
Omg you got roasted……… Do you do anything bad 😊
So were people right? That it should be done in a cast iron?
My fav chef of them all on social media.
