I was really ready to critique this steak and the way it was cooked. But it looked perfect to me.
I own a barbecue restaurant and don't really care for smoke from wood on my rib eye steaks. ( Tomahawk).But that's just my preference because I eat smoked food a lot.
But you cooked this steak to perfection in my opinion.👍🏽
