Torta de limão
Ingredientes
5 ovos
550g de leite condensado
700ml de leite
2 colheres de amido
1 tang de limão ou 130 ml do suco da fruta
Bater tudo junto por 1 minuto
Assar na temperatura que você já assa outros bolos, o temo varia muito de forno pra forno, forno de lastro 180
graus por aproximadamente 60 a 70 minutos, forno turbo 150 graus por aproximadamente 40 a 50 minutos o mais importante é a torta sair firme do forno e depois levar ao freezer até esfriar bem, aproximadamente 2 horas
Ingredientes da massa
1 ovo
125g de açúcar
125g de margarina
Misturar tudo muito bem
Depois adicionar 275g de trigo
75g de maisena
2g de fermento químico
Forma 25 cm fundo falso
Para o creme de cima 500 de leite condensado Suco de 3 limão E é só mistura bem
