【在家做韓式燒肉飯！配方對，怎麼做都美味！】 📌琺瑯單耳方形奶鍋組→ 📘食譜→ 醬汁對了韓式燒肉飯 超美味 🔅材料: 豬梅花肉片 100克 洋蔥 1/4顆 🔅醬汁: 韓式辣椒醬 1大匙 醬油 1大匙 蜂蜜 1茶匙 蒜泥 1茶匙 薑泥 1茶匙 辣椒粉 1大匙 韓式麻油 1茶匙 白芝麻 適量 水 100克 🔅做法: 1.先將醬汁的所有醬汁材料通通混和均勻。 2.在熱鍋中放入洋蔥炒香，放入梅花肉片翻炒。 3.炒至肉片反白後，加入步驟1調好的醬汁拌炒。 4.燒煮約3分鐘，讓醬汁燒煮入味後即可起鍋。 5.淋在飯上，撒上白芝麻即可。 #Shorts #楊桃美食網 – 楊桃美食網 instagram Youtube Facebook source
