In this video, I show setting the trap and then catching six perfect size pigs the next day. I cleaned and quartered the pigs at the camp. Back at my house, I cut up the four pigs with my meat saw and seasoned all the meat with KFRED Seasoning. A couple days later, I cooked for 150 people at Whitco Supply. We had a huge pot of wild pork gravy, served with white beans, smoke sausage and corn maque choux. It came out so good, everyone couldn’t believe it was wild pork because it had no gamey taste to it.
