1. In a pan add ghee and dry fruits and roast well.
2. In same pan roast sewai as well.
3. In another pan add 1 cup of sugar and caramalized well.
4. Add half litre of milk and cook for 10 minutes.
5. Add roasted sevai along with elaichi powder and kesar milk.
6. Cook for 5 minutes.
7. Add roasted dry fruits and enjoy.
8. Your delicious creamy sewai is ready.
