Here is the detailed recipe of crispy shahi tukda

*RECIPE*
1. Cut the bread in two or more smaller parts.
2. Take 4 to 5 tbsp of ghee in a pan and roast the bread pieces untill the become golden brown.
3. Now take 500 ml of milk in a pan and 100 to 150 gram of milk powder in that. Stir it untill the milk powder mixed to it.
4. Now add around sugar to it as per your taste.
5. 1/2 tbsp of cardamom powder.
6. And add 3 to 4 kesar leaves.
7. Cook it well untill it turne yellow in color.
8. Now add chopped dry fruits and stir it well.
9. Now pour the shahi tukda mixture on the roasted breads and sprinkle dry fruits on it.
10. Your delicious shahi tukda dessert is ready
