Vazhakkai (raw banana)- 2 to 3
Skinned and chopped
Soaked in water
Ground
Coconut – 1/2 cup
Green or red chillies – 2 nos
Ginger – 2 thin pieces
Curry leaves
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Coconut oil – 2 to 3 tbsp
Urad dal – 2 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Hing – 1/2 tsp
Green chilies – 3 nos
Curry leaves Cumin
Onion – 1 large sized
Sauté till the onions turn translucent
Add the chopped raw banana
Salt
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Give it a mix
Cover and cook on low medium heat for 15 mins, till the banana turns tender
Add the ground coconut mixture
Mix well for a minute
Coriander leaves
