Yummy Shrimp Roast for Christmas Feast

Ingredients:
Shrimp – 400 gm, cleaned
Pearl onion – 1 cup, sliced
Green chili – 3
Garlic – 2 small pieces
Ginger – 1 small piece
Curry leaf – 1 sprig
For Marination:
Kashmiri chili powder – 3 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 and 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Peppercorns – 10-20
Lemon juice – as needed
For garam masala:
Cinnamon – 3-4 thin slices
Clove – 5
Peppercorns – 10
Cardamom – 1
Fennel seed – 1/4 tsp
Other things needed:
Coconut oil
Salt

Directions:
1. Clean and wash shrimp well.
2. Take all the ingredients for marination and mix with lemon juice and salt.
3. Marinate shrimp with this mixture. Rest for 15 mins.
4. Slice pearl onion into long thin slices and green chili into round thin slices.
5. Crush ginger, garlic, and peppercorns.
6. Meanwhile, heat a pan, add coconut oil, and sauté pearl onion for 5 mins, and add green chili and crushed ginger, garlic, and pepper paste. Sautee for another 3 mins, then add curry leaf. Sautee for 2 mins.
7. Then add marinated shrimp to it and roast for another 10 mins. Meanwhile, shrimp will be cooked well.
8.Switch off the flame and add some fresh curry leaves to it. Yummy shrimp roast is ready to serve!
