Try my simple recipe for super yummy and juicy grilled pork belly
INGREDIENTS
-1Kg pork belly sliced
-1/2cup soy sauce
-3/4cup light brown sugar
-2 and 1/2Tbsp calamansi juice
-1Tbsp garlic powder (optional but highly suggested)
-1 head garlic crushed
-ground black pepper
-basting sauce is… (TIP!!! you could double the amount of marinade listed above to have extra for your basting sauce)
-1/2cup cooking oil,
-1/2cup of the marinade
-100g banana ketchup

Looks great, though i’ve never heard of Calamansi juice. Is there something that can be substituted?

Pag bumibili sa palengke ng baboy. Pork belly lang ba talaga sasabihin sa vendor tapos di ka na nila bibigyan ng ibang2 part? Ano ba dapat sabihin sa vendor.
Kahit parang mukhang stupid yung question ko, pasagot naman po, di ko po talaga paano mamalengke.
