  1. Like the meatballs. I put oats in my meatloaf, take rolled oats and blitz to break them down. Love the original Willy Wonka movie. Watching you and getting out a box of Bisquick, saw the recipe for sausage/cheese balls. I'd eat those for breakfast.

  2. This was such a fun video! When things don't go as planned, it gets real in the kitchen, but you persevered, and were creative in making those cups true egg cups. I remember making those Chocolate-Butterscotch Drops, delicious. My mom made the Quaker Oats meatloaf recipe. I wondered what her measurements were for the ingredients, but saw a meatloaf recipe when you held up a page, and now have to try again. She made an awesome meatloaf. Makes me want to get back in the kitchen and cook those delicious recipes, thanks Anna!😊❤🙏

  3. Thank you so much. I used to make the old fashion chocolate oatmeal where you have to boil coca and sugar, worse than baking. Sometimes it would be soupy or over hard. I've wondered why you couldn't do it with chips, YEAH! Ann, 74, Coastal southeast North Carolina, USA

  4. My Dad always used oats in ground meat. He said it was just a little healthier. Everyone loved his cooking! Thank you Anna. I reall enjoy your videos. I'm actually still watching your oldest to newest. Working my way through 👍

  5. Speaking of breakfast meatballs reminds me of the traditional Bisquick sausage balls. Have you ever tried those? We usually have them at Christmas as either breakfast or an appetizer. I live in the south and my local grocery carries frozen sausage balls, which I love because I can just get a handful just for myself instead of making a whole recipe (which would need to be frozen anyway.) I believe it is Jimmy Dean brand.

  6. The meatballs remind me of a meatloaf I used to make for my sister. She loved meatloaf but couldn't eat traditional recipes because she had to follow a gluten-free diet. Years ago, I decided to take a chance and use oats instead of breadcrumbs. Instant hit in my family!

  7. The sound is off on all videos I watch and it’s driving me nuts. Anyone have any tips on how to fix it? It’s not the videos it’s something to do with my phone🤷🏻‍♀️ I googled how to fix and I tried the things that it told me and it’s still not working. Anyway I’ll still watch the video and enjoy the recipes 😅

  8. I love your videos. I am looking for a Meatloaf recipe that uses Quaker Oats and canned/condensed Tomato Soup. Is it in any of your books? I had the recipe in my storage building but termites ate everything in that particular box. TY -Barbara

  9. My mom used to always use oatmeal in meatloaf and meatballs to stretch it out for our big family. I have been using breadcrumbs instead for many years but maybe I will try half and half crumbs and oats and see how it goes. I remember that the oats gave an extra texture and slight nutty taste, and they would add fibre and more nutrition than bread crumbs. Thank you for getting my mind thinking about oats. ❤👍😊

  10. Hi Anna , may I ask what kind of ground beef you used ? I actually made some this weekend and I think I used too lean ground beef (90/10). I baked mine and I think maybe that also made them too firm. My mom used oats for meatloaf and I have to ask her why she stopped. Im definitely trying this recipe. Thank you 🙏🏼

  11. Another great video, Thank you Anna! I I never would have thought to use oats in a no bake treat, they look tasty! my stomach started growling when I saw the meat ball recipe, that is one of my favorite meals. I LOVE making a thick sauce like that for my meatballs. I think I will make Meatball sandwiches this weekend!
