Tuna Pasta Bake Recipe ๐Ÿ‘‡

A bit shocked how well this turned out!! My only question is the choice of macaroni? Next time I do it Iโ€™m going to try Orzo and see how it compares. Might add some sweetcorn too. Serve with a squeeze of lemon I reckon. Yum!!

Nutrition – 500 kcal (51P, 50C, 11F)

Ingredients

50g pasta (macaroni or orzo)
100g tinned tuna (145g tin)
100g Greek yogurt (0%)
20g Dijon mustard
100ml chicken stock
15g bread crumbs (Panko)
25g Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper

Method –

1. Preheat your oven to 180C (360F)

2. Add the pasta, tuna, yogurt, mustard and stock. Mix it about making sure the pasta is moist.

3. Top with breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt and pepper.

4. Bake for 40 minutes at 180C (360F)

My wife has been making a tuna pasta bake for years so this is based on that. Iโ€™ve just tweaked it so the macros are better for weight loss. We eat ours with peas.
