Turkish Chicken Sheesh:
Ingredients:
Yogurt ½ cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Paprika powder 1tsp
Cumin powder 1 ½ tsp
Tomato puree 1 tbsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Onion cubes as per taste
Capsicum cubes as per taste
Pita bread for serving
For yogurt tahini sauce ingredients:
Yogurt ¾ cup
Tahini sauce 1 tbsp
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Salt 2 pinch
Salt 1 pinch
Salad ingredients:
Egg plant 1
Olives as per taste
Sliced onion as per taste
Sumac as per taste
Tomato as per taste
Cucumber as per taste
Lemon slices as per taste
Salt as per taste
Tooth pick as per taste

Method:
• In chicken cubes, salt, paprika powder, lemon juice, olives oil, tomato puree, yogurt, crushed garlic and cumin powder mix and leave to marinate for 2 to 3 hours .
• Now sewing in sticks capsicums and onion cubes then grill it.
• For yogurt tahini sauce all ingredients mix.
• Now salad ingredients cut and mix then add sumac and salt mix.
• Finally prepare the platter with pita bread fried eggplant and ready sauce then serve it .
