Looks super yummy! I would recommend shredding the cheese yourself because it melts better into the sauce, and using a lower heat once you add it in which will help prevent the sauce from splitting/separating a bit like it is in the final shot. ❤

Omg what an excellent dinner ! You have to try “smoked” sundried tomatoes” not in oil ! They will change your LIFE !! The smoked take on such a flavor and because they aren’t sitting in oil they absorb some of the flavor of whatever you put them in combined with an almost bacon-y essence! Also, they are fantastic on salads ! I never knew they came out of oil until a friend of mine’s dad introduced “ us” 😂!! I promise they’re other worldly good ❤
