  2. I am allergic to eggs whites (my tongue swells) & I am sensitive towards egg yolks. What alternative to egg whites or egg yolks would you recommend to use to dip the chicken pieces into before coating them with the garlic seasoned flour mixture. I usually use the drained liquid from canned or soaked chic peas as an alternative to egg whites. But what I don't know is if the liquid from the chic peas will have the same desired effect as the whites egg you recommend using for this recipe. Can you please advise please & thank you in advance 😉

  3. Best overall cooking content in a single video…I made this chicken and taters recipe tonight and it was very very good! This was first time deep frying chicken. I followed recipe instructions and came out perfect

  4. OMG….such a bad idea to cut off so much rind of that Parmesan cheese. Most of the flavour of the cheese is to be found close to the rind (in the salt crystals that form there) and Ashley's taken all of it away! Arrrgh…..nooooo!

  5. Looks great, but I don't care what anybody says I find that frying my chicken for 10 minutes is enough. 15 minutes it's just too long unless it's a really bigger piece. And I noticed the chicken looked a little on the dark side. Although I'm sure it was still very delicious!
