Baliqni “R” harfi yo’q oylarda yeyish mumkin emas deyishligining 2 ta asosiy sababi:
1)baliq issiqda tez aynib qolishligi, lekin baliq tirik yoki aynimagan bo’lsa doim iste’mol qilsa bo’ladi.
2)Baliq tabiiy suv havzalarida “R” harfi yo’q oylarda ko’payadi shu sababdan ham mumkin emas deyishadi.
Lekin hozirda asosiy baliq suni’y suv havzalarida yetishtiriladi.
Shu sababdan doim baliq iste’mol qilib yuring, foydali va mazali!

▪️ Istalgan turdagi baliq (Sazan, Amur balig’ini tavsiya qilaman)
▪️ 1L paxta yoki pista yog’i
▪️ Tuz
▪️ chesnok, kashnich, ukrop,limon
▪️ Pomidor
▪️ Un
◾️Tayyorlash:
▪️Baliqni videoda ko’rsatilgandek bo’laklarga bo’lib olinadi so’ng qovurishdan oldin 1 piyola suv va tuz solib yaxshilab tuz erigungacha aralashtiramiz so’ng bir qisim un solib un ham eriguncha yaxshilab aralashtiramiz tayyor bo’lgandan so’ng baliqni shirasi chiqib ketmasdan darhol qovuramiz
▪️ Qozonga 1 litr yog’ solib olovni baland yoqib maksimal qizdiriladi shunda baliqni yog’ga solganingizda qozonga yopishib qolmaydi. Baliqni solgandan so’ng olovni sal pasaytiramiz.
▪️ Qovurishda o’rta olovda tilla rang bo’lgunicha qovuriladi taxminan 5-7 daqiqa qovuriladi
◾️Sous retseptini:
▪️tomat pastasi, pomidor, chesnok, ukrop, kashnich, tuz, suv solib aralashtiriladi.
